We have a limited return policy due to the personalization of each blanket we make. If there is a misspelling from a correctly submitted order form, a mistake in the embroidering or a defect in the blanket itself, we will happily correct or replace your blanket. If, on the other hand, there is a mistake by the customer due to a an error made by the customer in the process of the ordering, we regret that a refund will not be made. We will make all efforts to correct mistakes outside of our control for a fee. The fee charged will be on a case-by-case basis according to the size of the error and additional mailing costs. For this reason, please double-check each order carefully before it is submitted.
